Core Capabilities

Universal Compatibility:

Works with all engine types and is compatible with BS III, BS IV, and BS VI emission-compliant vehicles—regardless of make or model—provided they are equipped with an Engine Control Module (ECM) and an Accelerator Pedal Module (APM).

Smart Pedal Integration:

The APM includes the accelerator pedal and an angular-position sensor, which may be either:

  • A potentiometer-based sensor, or A contactless Hall-effect sensor
  • Both types accurately register pedal movement and position in real time.

Intelligent Speed Limiting:

The EPI system continuously monitors accelerator input and dynamically regulates ECM voltage to enforce preset speed thresholds—without interfering with normal vehicle operation below the limit.

How It Works

Pedal Position Detection:

  • As the driver presses the accelerator, the APM’s sensor detects the angle and rate of pedal movement.

Signal Processing:

  • The EPI unit interprets this signal and compares the vehicle’s current speed with the preconfigured speed limit.

ECM Voltage Modulation:

  • If the vehicle approaches or reaches the set speed limit, the EPI adjusts the voltage signal sent to the ECM, effectively capping engine output to prevent further acceleration—while allowing full control below the threshold.
