An Embedded SIM (e-SIM)—also known as an Embedded Universal Integrated Circuit Card (e-UICC)—is a soldered, non-removable SIM that performs the same core functions as a traditional plastic SIM card but with enhanced durability, security, and remote management capabilities. Unlike conventional SIMs, e-SIMs support over-the-air (OTA) provisioning, enabling dynamic network switching without physical intervention.

Our e-SIM Offerings: Single-Profile e-SIM

  • Preloaded with one Mobile Network Operator (MNO) profile (e.g., BSNL, Airtel, or Vi).
  • Ideal for applications with stable, single-carrier coverage requirements.
  • Fully compliant with GSMA SAS-UP standards and manufactured by Idemia Syscom India Pvt. Ltd.—a GSMA-certified personalization center (Certificate No.: ID-NA-UP-0123-2).

Dual/multi-profile e-SIM

  • Supports two or more MNO profiles on a single chip (e.g., BSNL + Vodafone Idea, or BSNL + Airtel).
  • Only one profile is active at a time, but users or systems can switch between operators based on signal strength, cost, or policy—ensuring continuous connectivity even in low-coverage zones.
  • Remaining profiles serve as failover backups, critical for AIS-140-compliant vehicle tracking, emergency response, and fleet telematics.

Security & Certification: Built on DIM® SC-17 platform by Idemia

  • Features Java Card 3.0.4, Global Platform 2.2, AES/3DES encryption, and secure OTA updates
  • Operates in extreme conditions: –40°C to +105°C, with 10-year data retention
