ANAND KUMAR SEETHALA is an Indian business man, software developer, investor and promoter, he is the founder of CTPL since 2008, his journey as business person started in the year 1994 During his course completion of Hon’s Diploma in Advanced Systems Management from Informatics Computers Systems – Delhi. He along with his team, has designed a Basic Computer Course for School Students in the name CLAP Computer Literacy Awareness Program after first phase of implementation, they migrated to do Software Development and Personal Computer Systems Assembling for Schools, Colleges, Universities Government offices and to various commercial applications, In 2008 as part of new Business venture vertical started a new Company CTPL to do R&D and Design and Develop of Embedded Systems for CMVR Components of SLD and VLTDevices and created a Manufacturing Facility to meet the requirement and since 2018 onwards started focusing on the Vehicle telematics and Transpomatics.

He along with his team, has designed a Basic Computer Course for School Students in the name CLAP Computer Literacy Awareness Program after first phase of implementation, they migrated to do Software Development and Personal Computer Systems Assembling for Schools, Colleges, Universities Government offices and to various commercial applications, In 2008 as part of new Business venture vertical started a new Company CTPL to do R&D and Design and Develop of Embedded Systems for CMVR Components of SLD and VLTDevices and created a Manufacturing Facility to meet the requirement and since 2018 onwards started focusing on the Vehicle telematics and Transpomatics.
